The Paper Girls Show Origami Craft Book is a unique collaboration between Lancaster’s own Fox Chapel Publishing and Global Tinker Studios in New York. The book is inspired by the multi-award-winning “The Paper Girls Show,” which has garnered praise from Common Sense Media and the prestigious “Sensical Select” accolade. This innovative craft book serves as a gateway for young enthusiasts to explore the art of origami, offering a blend of hands-on creativity and digital exploration.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet members of Global Tinker, the creative minds behind “The Paper Girls Show” and The Paper Girls Show Origami Craft Book, who will be available on-site to interact with visitors and share insights into the world of origami crafting.
Throughout the event, episodes of the award-winning “The Paper Girls Show” will be playing in the museum’s planetarium, offering attendees an immersive experience in the animated adventures of the paper-filled world of “Confetti.” With sessions running periodically from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, visitors can enjoy the season of shows throughout the day.
In addition to the show screenings, attendees can unleash their creativity at origami stations, where they can craft their own creations. Participants are encouraged to make two projects and donate one for display on the nature exhibit tree.
